When you are an editor you are a nursery school teacher. You have to have very good people skills. You have 500 reporters who want to be the head story. You have to have good people skills and know what to do to claim them down. It is a lot like being a teacher. You are doing something but not getting your name on the story so it is a lot of work and you will have reporters who always want to be on the front page and you would have reporters calling and crying so you have to know how to calm them down.
